The Bio Tour Scent of Must Experience is an opportunity to discover the flavors and aromas of the most magical time of the year, the grape harvest. A unique experience where you will taste the must straight from the tank, savoring the beginning of autumn.

Days & times: Saturday 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. | Sunday 11 a.m.
*The bio tour will leave in groups, at set times, atOfficina del Vino. Reservations are recommended.

- Walk through the vineyards with story about organic and sustainable farming practices
- Guided tour of the winery
- Tasting the must directly from the winemaking tanks
- Tasting of two organic wines:
- White IGT Veneto from resistant grape varieties PIWI "Huakai"
- Red IGT Veneto Without Added Sulfites "Rosso Convento"

- Explore and experience the colors of autumn on your own by taking a walk through the organic vineyards, ask our team for the full map and discover every corner of the estate
- Taste all of Pizzolato's organic wines and pair them with platters of our own cured meats, local cheeses and other traditional delicacies; with the option of purchasing products directly from the store.
We are available to offer vegetarian or completely vegan alternatives to pair with our organic wines.

Yes, we have vegan or vegetarian alternatives for those who request it. However, at the time of booking you must notify us in advance and also communicate any food intolerances and/or allergies.
Yes, the tour and tasting are conducted in environments with access for people with disabilities, and it is absolutely possible to take the tour together with the tour leader.
Attractions, such as the Toast in the Heights experience, has limited access for security reasons.
Yes, the area in front of the winery is large and can accommodate campers and couriers. There is also an RV service area in Povegliano, a few meters from the winery, which can be visited at this LINK.
There is an opportunity to give a bio tour as a gift via a gift coupon that we will send to you in pdf by emailing a request email to experience@lacantinapizzolato.com or by purchasing it directly at our Villorba store. The gift coupon can be paid directly at the store or by bank transfer.
The bio tour must be cancelled at least 1 day before the day of visit by calling 0422 928166 or writing to experience@lacantinapizzolato.com
If a payment for the experience has already been made, either by bank transfer or on site, and you can no longer participate in the tour, we ask that you notify us at least 1 day before the scheduled date. The cost of the paid experience may be converted into a "wine voucher" to be spent at our Villorba store.
