Since 1981, organic farming has been an integral part of the way we work and look to the future. It is a daily commitment, carried out with consistency, passion, and a deep connection to the land.
This vision gave rise to the Organic Manifesto, a document that encapsulates the values we believe in and outlines our commitment to a more respectful and mindful approach to agriculture. For us, practicing organic farming means starting in the vineyard and guiding every step of the process all the way to the bottle, turning our principles into concrete actions.
It is a commitment we have upheld for over forty years, driven by the conviction that change can also stem from the small actions and decisions we make every day. Because we believe that taking care of the earth today means contributing, step by step, to building a more mindful and responsible future.
THE RETURN TO THE ESSENTIALS
To celebrate our first 40 years, we’ve chosen to return to the essentials, bringing together in a single line the values that have always guided our philosophy. This project stems from a desire to rediscover our origins and breathe new life into the world around us, through an approach that unites production, environmental stewardship, and the selection of materials. From the organic grapes, sourced exclusively from our own farm, to the glass of the bottles, made from 95% recycled material. Even the cork is part of this vision: a conscious choice that helps offset 297 grams of CO₂. A return to our roots that also looks toward the future: a concrete way to express what we believe in, through a simple, authentic product designed with careful attention to every detail.
