Beyond Organic
Agriculture, passion and research for the future
Sustainability and Environment
Environment, research and sustainability are our core values
Meeting the needs of the present without compromising those of future generations-this is the true meaning of working sustainably!
Today the road to sustainability is a 6-lane highway. This for us is the only viable one
Sustainability in the vineyard
the green lung of our estate
Always certified ORGANIC, and since 2012 also VEGAN, to work our land we are always looking for innovative sustainable solutions.
The use of recovery sprayers and state-of-the-art machinery allow us to work while respecting the soil. Even in the grape harvest, the attentions are numerous, such as the reuse of grape seeds from which we make our grappas, oils or organic flours. Last but not least, the area of RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT: from the "MI.DI.FEN.DO." project, related to the natural defenses of the vine, to the cultivation of RESISTANT GRAPE VARIETIES, whose consequent environmental impact for their cultivation can be reduced by 90%.

Sustainability in the Winery
organic takes on color, shape and movement
From the winery built of PEFC CERTIFIED Beech from controlled Cansiglio Forests to the photovoltaic energy of the 570 SOLAR PANELS that cover our roof.
A company always on the move, innovative with specialized controls of cellar operations, in the winemaking area and continuous laboratory analysis. In bottling, the "Cycle4Green" project allows us to recycle silicone paper discarded during the labeling process.
Cantina means above all people: the princely place that houses our STAFF, which is also linked to concepts of professional growth and education, regulated and protected by a code of ethics and a BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiave) code.

Sustainability in wines
fruit of our work and philosophy
In our wine lines, there is a single common denominator that combines the unavoidable choice of certified organic quality with the choice of packaging that reflects that philosophy.
From labels made of marc and recycled paper, to bottles with 94% recycled glass, from reusing cork with the ETICO project to using 100% recycled cartons. Communicative awareness to consumers is also high, such as that aimed at REUSING GLASS with our "M-Use" line.Â
organic is not only our daily goal, but it is the approach we apply to every choice we make.
Our Certifications
our commitment to consumer assurance
The daily commitment to the quality of our wines is an unavoidable choice that leads us to obtain all the certifications to guarantee our consumers.
Certifications are not limited to product alone, but we work year after year to obtain environmental, social and ethical ones.
Social Budgets
a transparent communication
We annually choose to adopt SOCIAL BUDGETS as a means of communicating our environmental impact: the objective of this communication tool is to report, with extreme TRANSPARENCY, the impact of the company's activities and actions, in their entirety, in the social and environmental context, illustrating its philosophies, policies and commitment to all stakeholders involved.
We want that through this tool those who choose a bottle of our wine can fully understand all the ideas and values that inspire our work.

ONE Transparent Communication
Sustainability is part of our identity and has always guided the way we do business.
For this reason, since 2017, we have published an annual Social and Sustainability Report, a tool through which we transparently report on the environmental, social, and economic impacts of our business, sharing our goals, results, and commitments to the local community, our people, and all our stakeholders.
Since 2024, the Sustainability Report has been certified, confirming our commitment to ensuring increasingly rigorous, transparent, and verifiable reporting.
We believe that the quality of a wine is also measured by the values that guide its production. That is why, year after year, our financial statements reflect the commitment to responsibility that underlies every decision we make.

ORGANIC MANIFESTO
WHEN ESSENTIALS BECOME REVOLUTION
Since 1981, organic has been a choice for us to pursue every day. With consistency, passion and feet firmly planted in the earth. And it is from this vision that the "Organic Manifesto" was born.Â
Because we believe that changing the world - a little at a time - is possible. And that change starts with us.
A clear idea: to produce wines that speak of beauty, harmony, and the future
"Doing organic is a revolutionary act.
Doing organic is the mission of our group."
