A change of clothes, that of bottles of our wines without added sulfites, which is having great success globally and has also reached the British market.

The perfect combination of wine and art. The set of new labels composes a true art exhibition, where each bottle is a work of art and through the collage technique the different characteristics and connotations of the wines take shape.

  • Spumante Prosecco DOC without added sulfites is represented by a Dame, an emblem of the sophistication and distinctiveness of this wine. The flowers on the headband evoke the floral notes of the sparkling wine, while the string of pearls on the head of the lady alludes to the fine and delicate perlage of the organic wine. Finally, the light and bright colors on the label evoke its bright straw tones.
  • Merlot IGT Veneto without added sulfites features a bright green budgie. This animal with a curious and sociable disposition evokes the characteristics of the wine: young, balanced in taste and characterized by delicate hints of red berry fruit.
  • Cabernet IGT Veneto without added sulfites portrays the figure of a knight symbolizing the elegant taste and at the same time the structured character of this wine. Its ruby red color is also interpreted in the label through rust-colored brush strokes.
  • The Rosso "Convento" IGT Veneto without added sulfites, a blend of Merlot and Cabernet grapes, depicts in the label the fusion of man and dragonfly. A "perfect chaos," as lively and enveloping as the wine itself.
The dragonfly, the common thread of all the labels, declined from different points of view, represents instead the healthy and uncontaminated environment where our grapes grow and the authenticity of our wines, which in addition to being without added sulfites are all certified organic.

A trend that of organic is becoming increasingly relevant and popular in the British market. Indeed, customers are understanding how organic wines, not coming into contact with any type of chemical substance, are good for both their health and the environment. A value that is at the heart of our business philosophy and one that we have been pursuing for more than 40 years.

"The label change has had a positive effect on sales. Although the general market trend is rather slow, the bottles of the Libellula line are having great success. In addition to the uniqueness and originality of the packaging, the quality of the product, which is the result of a long experience in the production of wines without added sulfites, which began more than 15 years ago, is also very much appreciated," explains Nick Mason, "Senior Buyer" for Bancroft Wines, our importer in the UK.

Also popular with consumers is the type of closure we use for our red wines without added sulfites. In fact, they all feature the Stelvin cap, which allows us to better preserve the aromas and flavors of the wines.

Certainly in the British market, among the standout products in the line without added sulfites are Merlot IGT Veneto and Cabernet IGT Veneto. Two international varieties that are distinguished by their exuberant fruit profile on the one hand and their structured and assertive character on the other. Wines that while maintaining the original characteristics of the grape varieties of origin, allow those who drink them, to rediscover in the glass the fragrance of the aromas and flavors of wines of yesteryear.
