Yet another wonderful success for our Spumante Prosecco DOC Rosè Brut which won gold in the Rosé section at the Concours' Mondial De Bruxelles.
Our sparkling wine is the result of a long charmat method of about two months in autoclave, made from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir.
Here are some comments from the competition jury: "It is a bright Pink colored wine, with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose an intense bouquet, with delicate hints of white flowers, apple, pear that mingle with well recognizable notes of red fruits. On the palate a well-balanced, velvety, fresh and lively flavor, has good acidity and savoriness. The finish is dry and persistent, with an elegant aftertaste."
It was evaluated by the international jury of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, composed of buyers and sellers, oenologists, journalists, writers and specialized critics, researchers and representatives of professional institutions. The Concours Mondial de Bruxelles is an international competition, which aims to distinguish wines of an ecceptible quality through a team of heterogeneous specialists who blindly judge the wines with a precise evaluation process; it has four sessions, of which the one for rosé wines was held in March at Vallaloid Province.
