We are happy to announce that our Social Report 2023 is finally online! This document is not only an annual report of our activities, but a living testimony to our daily commitment as "custodians of the earth."
Every year, we strive to manage natural resources sustainably, operating with the understanding that our work has a direct impact on the ecosystem and future generations.
As the winery's president Settimo Pizzolato pointed out, "We feel a great responsibility to operate through a production system that avoids exploitation of natural resources, particularly soil, water and air, using these resources within a development model that can be sustainable and long-lasting."
A year of challenges and resilience
The year 2023 was a year of great challenges, mainly due to the impacts of climate change. The extreme weather conditions have tested our ability to adapt, but have also provided us with the opportunity to further refine our agricultural practices. The goal has always been to minimize environmental impacts and preserve the natural balance of our land.
In Social Report 2023, we explore how we have managed to stay the course despite these challenges while continuing to produce high-quality organic wine.
What next? Toward an increasingly green future!
Through the Social Report 2023, we want to share with all of you, our customers and partners, the actions we have taken and the results we have achieved. Our commitment to a sustainable future is a fundamental part of our corporate mission and guides us in every decision we make.
The paper provides an overview of our achievements in 2023. Our path to sustainability has been marked by significant successes, but also by the realization that there is still much to be done.
