"STORIES FROM THE SEA: The Mediterranean has always played a fundamental role in our world. Every day and night it is traversed, exploited, appreciated, feared and loved. Stories from the Sea is a portrait of several women aboard three boats for whom the Mediterranean Sea is a place of desire, a place of work, and a setting for human encounters. The omnipresent waters, incessant waves, and distant horizons are elements that unite the protagonists, regardless of their motive for taking to the sea.
