This event, which is now an established tradition for our winery, is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the first wine of the vintage, representing and compensating for the hard work of the previous months.

During the Festival of Novello, you will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in outdoor tastings of the Novello 2024 and of all our organic wines
- Follow free guided tours of the winery to learn first-hand about our organic farming model and the art of winemaking.
- Take advantage of picnic areas where you can enjoy seasonal dishes that our chef will prepare.
- Entertainment and games for all ages, making the day suitable for the whole family.
- Participate in master classes dedicated to Raboso and bubbles, held by our sommeliers.
- Enjoy a toast in a hot air balloon, a unique experience that offers a new perspective on our beautiful landscape.
The day's program
The Novello Festival will begin at 11:00 a.m., offering a rich and varied program. Start the day with outdoor tastings of our organic wines, surrounded by the beauty of our vineyards. Discover our passion for viticulture by participating in free guided tours of the winery, where you will learn about our commitment to sustainability. For a tasteful lunch, you will find dedicated picnic areas where you can enjoy seasonal dishes prepared by our chef.
There will be no shortage of fun, with games and entertainment designed for all ages, guaranteeing smiles and laughter for young and old alike. Don't miss the opportunity to deepen your wine knowledge with master classes on Raboso and bubbles, taught by our sommeliers.
Finally, for those seeking an extraordinary experience, you can toast in a hot air balloon: an unmissable opportunity to fly over our enchanting landscape while enjoying a glass of prosecco. And to complete the day, the DJ set will accompany us from 12:30 p.m. until the evening, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere.
A toast at high altitude
For those looking for an unforgettable experience, at the Novello Festival we also offer the option of a toast in a hot air balloon. Observing the view from above while enjoying a glass of prosecco is priceless!
Useful information
Admission to the Novello Festival is free, and for the cost of €5 you can receive a welcome set that includes a complimentary chalice and first glass of Novello .
If you would like to attend the masterclasses or experience the exclusive toast at altitude, reservations are required, so hurry!
The event will be held outdoors, but in case of bad weather, access will be restricted to ensure the safety of all participants.
