Fall in Novello: get swept up in a whirlwind of fun.
The traditional Novello festival is an occasion where we open the doors of our winery for you to experience a carefree and fun Sunday among the colors and flavors of autumn.
This is not just a simple wine tasting, but a time to share and celebrate the first wine of the vintage, representing the hard work in the countryside of the months just past.
Throughout the day there will be outdoor tasting counters featuring all of our organic wines, tasty fall dishes prepared by our chef, free guided tours of the winery, DJ sets and fun activities to enjoy together.
A whirlwind of novelty will introduce you to new perspectives: whether you're savoring a Novello PIWI wine from hardy vines or admiring our vineyards from the top of a hot air balloon, explore the new frontiers of organic!

• FREE GUIDED TOURS. Discover the history and curiosities of Pizzolato.
• PICNIC AREAS. Indoor spaces with tables and chairs and open-air areas set up with hay bales, blankets and tables immersed in the greenery of our vineyards. There will be no table service, reservations are not accepted, payment according to consumption.
- TOAST AT ALTITUDE. Live a unique and exclusive experience: ride in a hot air balloon and toast at altitude! Experience the unforgettable sensation of boarding a colorful hot air balloon that will allow you to soar through the air, feeling as free and light as the bubbles of Prosecco. Explore a different perspective of our area, daydream in front of the beautiful view and create your own indelible memory to share. Cost: €20 per person | Children up to 12 years old €10.
In case of bad weather or adverse weather conditions at the balloon ride, the experience will not be guaranteed. Reservations recommended. Limited seats.
• GAMES AND ENTERTAINMENT. Challenge whoever you want and get involved in what has always been your favorite game. Cards, tic-tac-toe, memory and other games available for everyone!
- MASTERCLASS ON RABOSO. 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. - A lesson led by our sommeliers, to immerse you in the overwhelming flavors of Piave's beloved native grape variety, Raboso.
