A delicious vegan berry dessert, made with wholesome, quality products and we recommend pairing it with our Moscato Dolce sparkling wine "M-Use".
But let's look in detail at the simple steps to prepare it:
INGREDIENTS (for one person):
100 gr. Vegan custard.
30 gr. Of berries.
A tip of a teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
Three goji berries.
One teaspoon of raw brown sugar.
One tablespoon agave syrup.
One teaspoon grated lemon zest.
One teaspoon low-fat rice yogurt.
PROCEDURE:
Pour the custard into a salad bowl type container add the brown sugar, agave syrup, lemon zest and with a whisk mix for about a minute.
Divide the cream into two equal parts and put half in another container adding the previously whipped berries, mix well with a whisk until the mixture turns an even purple color.
Pour first the purple berry cream then the yellow cream into a martini glass. In the center place a teaspoon of low-fat rice yogurt, garnish with a currant on top of the yogurt, three goji berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
