Flavors of Spring
Spring ignites the soul (and appetite!), and we at Pizzolato's have decided to celebrate it as best we know how: with a glass in hand and a smile on our face. The first stop in our May events is a special evening amid the bright colors of exploding nature and the intense scents of our land.
After a walk through the rows, we will guide you to discover the most fascinating secrets of our winery. And then... it's dinner time! Our chef will prepare a menu full of character, just like our wines. Each dish will be accompanied by the perfect glass, with a selection designed to let you savor spring sip after sip. An experience to be enjoyed with all the senses, between nature, taste and passion.
Secret Tasting
Are you curious to experience a new way of experiencing wine? Then the next experience of our May events is just right for you: Secret Tasting returns on Wednesday, May 14!
An evening designed to test your senses and introduce you to the hidden charms of wines from resistant vines, in a convivial and somewhat mysterious atmosphere, perfect for enthusiasts and novices alike. We will start with a tasty aperitif of cured meats, local cheeses and seasonal cicchetti, then off to a blind tasting of 5 organic PIWI wines (not just Pizzolato!), led by our winemaker Luca, who will accompany you step by step on this sensory journey.
A different, tasty and inspiring evening, where every glass is unique and every sip is a discovery!
Open Cellars 2025
Feel like spending an afternoon and evening surrounded by greenery, music, sunshine and raised glasses? Then mark your calendar for Saturday 24, because the last stop of May events is Cantine Aperte!
Our winery and vineyards will be the scene of a day of nature and flavor, with an irresistible mix of live music, DJ sets, games, entertainment and, of course, the best organic wine. The protagonists? You! In an atmosphere that will have you leaving all worries out of the gate. There will be no shortage of Spritz Corner (yes, there will be a Spritz Corner!) and special blind masterclasses, for those who want to discover all the secrets of Pizzolato wine in company.
