Federico - Production Manager
"The Frederik is the wine that represents me because it was born together with me and bears my name. It was one of the winery's first sparkling wines and tells an important part of our history. I like it because, although it is born in the heart of the Prosecco territory, it tells a different nuance, all its own: a Chardonnay Extra Brut made from a long charmat, elegant and refined, but never obvious. It has a reserved character, like mine, that reveals itself little by little: fresh, balanced, with scents of white flowers and yellow apple. It is a sincere bubble, which speaks of origins, choices and authentic ties."
Camilla - Merketing
"My favorite wine is Huakai because it has a curious soul, like mine. It is the wine I choose when I want something fresh, light and never predictable. It has that character that never gets tired, with floral aromas and a lively sip that immediately puts you in a good mood. I like it because it's an unconventional white that tells of a desire to explore and do things differently."
Francis - Bottling
" Manzoni Bianco is the wine I find myself in because it best tells the story of the land I love. It comes from our vineyards cultivated with attention to the environment. Elegant and mineral, with aromas of acacia flowers and white fruits such as peach, plum and apricot, it is a white that carries authenticity, care and tradition. Each sip is an invitation to discover the richness of our land and the passion with which we cultivate it: a sincere, refined wine capable of accompanying meals with balance and naturalness."
Paola - Logistics
"Konti-Kiis my favorite Pizzolatowine because it encapsulates what I love most in a red: sincerity, balance and conviviality. It is a wine born from hardy PIWI grapes, a symbol of an increasingly sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture. I like it for its intense aroma of red fruit and for that strong but harmonious taste, which makes it perfect to accompany meals. In him I find the pleasure of simple, authentic things, made with care, just like the work we carry out every day in the winery."
