Wine is not just a product, but a story of experiences, emotions and passions. Everyone has their own favorite, the one that best represents their character and habits. We asked four members of our team what their favorite wines were and why.
Here are their answers!

Settimo - President
"Barbarossa is my wine, a Raboso Malanotte DOCG del Piave with a straightforward and austere character, yet capable of surprising with its elegance. Its name comes from the traditional red beard of the family men, a distinctive sign as is this native grape variety, a symbol of our peasant culture. It is a wine that represents me, because we both like to tell about nature and love for our land. For me, the best way to enjoy it? In good company, with a Tuscan cigar and long chats among friends."

Barbara - Marketing
"The Metodo Classico Pizzolato is my favorite because it always manages to surprise me. I love its elegant and discreet way of getting noticed: the fine bubbles, the freshness at the first sip, the bouquet that anticipates all its personality. It is the wine I choose when I want to treat myself to a special moment, but also just to celebrate the little things of every day. For me it is synonymous with care, balance and beauty and that is why I always recommend it to everyone!"

Nicholas - Export
"My favorite Pizzolato wine is the Manzoni Bianco from the Back to Basic line, a white wine with a unique personality that combines in a "perfect marriage," that of Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13, the characteristics of Pinot Bianco (structure and alcohol content) and Riesling (minerality and aromas). I always keep a few bottles of it in the cellar for an impromptu aperitif accompanied by some tasty appetizers, or in combination with a fish dinner. But its characteristics also make it perfect for Sunday risotto with seasonal products from our area such as radicchio and asparagus!"

Federica - Quality Control
"I chose Raboso DOC Piave, because the result is that of a full-bodied, full-bodied wine with that soft note given to it by aging in wooden barrels. Ever since I was a child, in my family during the winter period we would pair cotechino with a good glass of Raboso , and this tradition continues to this day in my home."
Each bottle holds a world of unique feelings and stories, just like those who choose it. What about you, have you found your favorite wines yet?
