That time of year has arrived when the air smells of must and chestnuts, and in the cellar you can breathe in all the magic of the season. The prince of autumn is back, ready to tell a new story of tradition, sustainability and, as always, a great desire to celebrate.
The first wine of the year
Young, with a deep ruby red color and a fruity bouquet reminiscent of blueberry, currant and blackberry, Novello is the wine that marks the rhythm of the seasons.
It is the first wine of the year, the one that arrives immediately after the harvest, bringing with it the energy of the freshly picked bunches and the satisfaction of a whole year's work in the vineyard.
Our Novello is made from PIWI grapes, varieties that are naturally more resistant to vine diseases, making it possible to reduce interventions in the vineyard and thus the environmental impact.
A wine that is born under the sign of organic viticulture and with 30% lighter packaging. A wine that does not forget tradition, but reinterprets it with a curious and sustainable soul.
The prince of autumn according to Pizzolato
In the goblet, this wine tells everything we believe in:- organic quality, which has always guided our every choice;
- vegan certification, for inclusive wine that respects everyone;
- Theabsence of added sulfites, which enhances the naturalness of the product;
- carbonic maceration technique, which gives the wine its typical aromatic liveliness.
When art meets wine
If you are already familiar with the new language of our PIWI wines, then you know who is hiding behind the cheerful features and smiling lettering: Silvia Tosi, in art Short Love Message.
After signing the artistic communication of PIWI, Silvia returns to give face and soul to Novello as well, transforming it into a true prince of autumn.
A lively character wrapped in dancing leaves and warm seasonal tones: a visual tale that combines art, wine and lightness. Because wine, after all, is also a way to tell emotions.
FEAST OF THE NOVELLO
And as every year, our Novello Festival could not be missed!
On Sunday, Nov. 2, the winery will be filled with sounds, scents and toasts.
Opening the day will be the Albino Gagno Municipal Band of Villorba, followed by live music with the band Drop-d-pop, free guided tours, masterclasses dedicated to PIWI wines and a performance of the musical "Grease" by Studio Danze Treviso.
