The year 2021 was a very important year in the history of our winery. In addition to celebrating our 40th anniversary, last December 12 Gino Pizzolato, father of Settimo, would have turned 100 years old.
A fundamental figure that of Gino: right by his side, in fact, Settimo Pizzolato began the magnificent journey under the banner of organic, with the goal of producing a wine that was good for both the environment and people.
This is precisely why we wanted to celebrate this important triple-digit milestone by dedicating the new labels of the Prosecco Grappa and of the Reserve Grappa, of theBitter and of theAmaretto, our organic spirits, available now. The new bottles feature a photo of Gino with his beloved wife Giselda, a woman who accompanied and supported him throughout his life.

"This year my father Gino would have turned 100 years old, and exactly 40 years ago I made the decision to join him in the family farm by taking the winemaker's path - Settimo Pizzolato tells us - It is precisely in memory of my parents and this great teaching that often during 2021 I have had the opportunity to recall the history lived so far, to proudly recount our business successes but at the same time to find the right time to reflect on the mistakes and uncertainties that have characterized these last years. I firmly believe that having had the opportunity to make mistakes, to "fall down," but at the same time the chance to make up for them and to "make adjustments," has been as valuable a gift as the achievements."
