We couldn't wait to celebrate with you THIS YEAR'S NEW WINE: as of April 28, ORGANIC WINE IS COMING TO OUR STORE IN Villorba.
An investment entirely dedicated to our organic wine store in Villorba, which has been seeing its expansion and improvement since the opening of the winery in 2016.
In addition to adding a tasting counter and additional shelving, we have installed two large barrels, for bulk wine service in the winery, containing a selection of three organic varieties from our area, vinified with care and passion by our winemakers, a white wine, a still red wine and a sparkling white wine. The bulk wine may be bottled in some glass bottles provided at the winery or using those from home.
"In this complicated year that has seen a difficult availability of raw materials related to packaging, such as glass or paper, we wanted to head towards other alternative, ethical and green paths, especially for those wines that we believe are linked to our daily life and our public, to be found above the table every day. The decision to also offer bulk wine in our store was dictated by the desire to therefore offer a wider range of our proposals while remaining consistent with the idea of giving our customers a good, healthy wine from certified organic grapes and ethical at the same time."
In addition to being synonymous with actions linked to ancient traditions, to our past, in which home-bottled wine was the family's trait d'union, bulk wine is in fact an ethical choice, among the greenest you can make: bulk wine is synonymous with ANTI-WASTE!
By buying bulk and then using the same containers or small demijohns that we already have at home, or reusing our glass bottles, we promote reuse and anti-waste actions, to decrease the amount of waste, make organic wine even more accessible to all wallets and reduce glass production. In this way, the relationship between company and consumer is solidified and becomes even more direct, real and concrete toward the same ideal of green philosophy.
The wine world over time has evolved in the cultural knowledge and profound value that bottled wines have today all over the world, but that is not to say that bulk wine should be perceived as a poor quality product.We offer three types of organic bulk wine, whose organic quality is the very first goal, with genuine and fresh flavors given by healthy and wholesome grapes.

Ample space in the cellar is dedicated to our Villorba store, Aimed at the direct sale of organic, vegan certified wine with no added sulfites.
The beech shelves house all our wines: from organic bulk wine, the great novelty of 2023, to sparkling and semi-sparkling wines, all the way to red and white wines and ending with the line of wines without added sulfites and the line of wines from resistant vines.
All our wines have been certified organic since 1991, offering the consumer a quality product in line with the philosophy of well-being and care for the environment to which we have always been attached.

FRIDAY, APRIL 28 from 5 to 9 p.m. We are celebrating the newest addition to our store: the opportunity to take our ORGANIC WINE OUT to your home, and you will also be able to taste new vintages of our organic wines in tasting islands. During the event you will have the opportunity to talk with our winemaker Luca who will be ready to answer all your questions.
