Description
Every weekend in October we will tell you our story, organic principles and transport you to the most magical time for our winery: the grape harvest. The visit will take place between the vineyard and winemaking where we will reveal the secrets of making good wine from must.
We will taste the must of a freshly harvested grape. The experience ends with a tasting of a red wine without added sulfites in the exclusive Officina del Vino, a setting among cherry trees and vines where you can enjoy good organic wine.
After the visit, your experience can continue at "Officina del Vino" with organic wine tastings and chopping boards of local products or learn about and purchase all the products in the store. This experience can also end with a visit to the "Pumpkin Village" of "Grandpa Andrea," a biodiverse farm with homegrown produce just a short walk from our estate.

Bio tour cost: 6€ - free up to 18 years old.
The "Scent of Must" Bio-Tour can also be booked through the Pizzolato corner that will be located inside the "Pumpkin Village" of Nonno Andrea, the biodiverse farm that tells, through the production of typical products, the food traditions of the Treviso area and the local culture.

L'Officina del Vino is Pizzolato's new signature agri wine bar located behind the winery, with a separate entrance among the vineyards overlooking Treviso's Via Cal.
