A tasting course that will introduce you to all the secrets of wine, from the countryside to winemaking to food and wine pairing. The course is structured in 4 lessons, 4 different evenings, each with its own theme and many curiosities to discover. Suitable for everyone both for those who want to approach the world of wine and for those who want to enrich and deepen their knowledge of this wonderful world.
In each lesson, we will taste four different certified organic wines accompanied by culinary pairings designed by our chef Giacomo.

During the course you will be guided by Sabrina Rodelli, FISAR sommelier and the winery's sales manager, and Luca Zamai, the winery's winemaker. They will introduce you to the complex process of transforming grapes into wine by revealing all the anecdotes of the trade.
In each lesson we will develop a specific theme: from the winemaking of white and red wines, we will analyze the different methods of making sparkling wines to conclude the course with meditation wines.
We will delve into how to properly serve different types of wines (from uncorking, to serving temperature, to storage).

During the course we will immerse you in the world of wine through a guided tour of the winery as well.

The wines in the tasting, both Italian and foreign, are all certified ORGANIC.

During the course we will taste more than 20 totally different wines from each other, accompanied by culinary pairings that are the result of a perfect teamwork between our chef Giacomo and Sabrina and Luca, the speakers of the course.

Certainly, vegan and vegetarian alternatives can be requested for wine pairing during classes.
