"Hoopa represents me because it embodies everything I believe in: innovation, character and a deeply sustainable soul, inside and outside the bottle. It has a fresh and unexpected taste, capable of surprising and impressing. Its bottle, screen-printed with tribal motifs, tells of a journey made of research, adventure and desire for discovery. It is a sparkling wine for those who are easily bored, just like me: curious, creative, with an eye to the future and a passion for all that is authentic."

"Chianti is my first choice because it encapsulates everything I love in a wine: elegance, character and a tradition that is felt in every sip. It has that full, enveloping taste that stays with you, like a beautiful memory you don't want to forget. It is a classic red, but with a strong personality, capable of winning you over at the first taste. I also chose it for a special reason: it bears my name, and somehow I find something of me in it - authentic, sincere, with a natural style and a lot of passion."
Michela - Human Resources
"Spumante Rosé Extra Dry is my favorite because it manages to combine character and refinement with natural balance. I love its lively personality, that fruity note that immediately wins you over, followed by a delicate floral bouquet that makes it irresistible. It has the panache of someone who likes to stand out, but with the grace of someone who doesn't need to raise his voice to get noticed. And then there's the bottle: elegant, bright, almost regal, with that glittery touch that makes every toast even more special. It is the sparkling wine I choose when I want to treat myself to a unique moment or add a festive touch to even the smallest occasions."
Nicholas - Production
"My sparkling wine of the heart is the Chardonnay Extra Brut 'Frederik'. I like it because it manages to be elegant and refined without ever being too formal. It has a fine and persistent perlage that wins you over from the first sip, while the scents of apple and white flowers anticipate all its freshness. It is made from a long charmat, and you can feel it: in every glass there is balance, precision, care. It is the sparkling wine I choose for the perfect aperitif, but also when I want to indulge in a moment all my own. For me it is the essence of simplicity made with style."
