Stefania - Administration Manager
"Stefany is the wine that represents me: a Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry that I feel is deeply mine, we were born together in 1994 and that is why it bears my name. It was one of the winery's first sparkling wines, and my father dedicated it to me. As I grew up, I began to recognize myself in it: it has a graceful but decisive soul, an authentic personality that does not go unnoticed. Thanks to its elegant freshness, accompanied by a fine and persistent bubble, it is the sparkling wine I choose when I want to feel at home."
Nicholas - Vinification
"I like Hurrah because it has character, color and that desire to dare that we see less and less of today. It reminds me of the rosés of yesteryear, the nice bold ones that weren't afraid to stand out. Only he does it in a modern way: it is sustainable, comes from hardy PIWI grapes and looks straight to the future. It tastes fresh, lively, a bit party-like, and yes, I can see myself in it quite a bit! It is a wine that surprises, entertains and knows how to be remembered. Perfect for when you're in the mood for something different ... or just to toast, just like that, without a why."
Anna - Hospitality & marketing
"Metodo Classico is my favorite toast: elegant, lively, with a fine perlage that invites a smile. I like it for that subtle note of bread crust, fragrant and mouthwatering, which immediately gives a special touch. I choose it whenever I want to celebrate a success. Especially the small, everyday ones that often come out of the blue and make an ordinary day unique. It is the wine that pampers me after a busy day: decisive, brilliant, able to put everything back in its place. In that sip I find energy, lightness, and the feeling that yes, everything is going right."
Fabio - Logistics
"Rosso Convento is the wine I choose when I want something authentic, a wine that speaks of passion and tradition without needing to overdo it. It has an enveloping aroma of red fruit with a delicate touch of violet that makes it special. In the mouth it is smooth, balanced, with just the right hint of tannin and savoriness that makes you want another sip. With no added sulfites, it is natural and sincere, with no tricks. A true toast, to the beauty of simple and genuine things."
