INGREDIENTS (for one person):
- 1 zucchini;
- 1 teaspoon of mushroom pate;
- 1 teaspoon black olive pate;
- 1 teaspoon of artichoke pate;
- Five teaspoons of fermented soybean spread (spreadable cheese type)
- one teaspoon of sesame seeds
- a teaspoon of chives
- One carrot, one red bell pepper, and one yellow bell pepper.
PROCEDURE:
Using a vegetable peeler, cut 5 strips of zucchini. Lay the strips on a cutting board and begin the stuffing by spreading Veg cream spread all over the strips.
In the first strip add olive pâté.
In the second add mushroom pâté.
In the third add artichoke pâté.
In the fourth add chives.
In the fifth add sesame seeds.
Then add, throughout the strips, one carrot stick, one red bell pepper stick, one yellow bell pepper stick, placing them close together and at the beginning of each zucchini strip. Now you can start rolling the strips one by one by placing them upright and in a row on a rectangular serving plate.
